About us
Yes we have full public liabilty insurance up to the sum of 5 million. Our inflatables or tested yearly complying with current hse safety regulations. All our electrical equipment is pat tested.
We currently deliver to the following areas: Clacton-on sea, Tendring, Weeley, St Osyth, Harwich, Colchester and surrounding areas and villages in between if you are not on the list please give us a call we may be able to accomodate you.
Delivery is free within a 5 mile raduis after this we will require a delivery charge to pay for our fuel and extra time it takes to get to you.
Rental process
We require a 25% booking fee for all bookings to be paid within a week of making booking less than 2 weeks till booking date we will need booking fee paid within two full working days. The booking fee will be taken off the full price of your commenced hire. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings without booking fee paid, before we do we would always contact you to give you the opportunity to pay as sometimes people just forget. We reserve the right to waive a booking fee but this is at our sole discretion and must be agreed with us before booking. In the event of cancellation by the customer the booking fee is non-refundable.
Full Payment is due on or before the time of hire unfortunately if you do not have payment before we leave we will be unable to continue the hire. Cash on delivery is the prefered payment method we will deduct your deposit from this.
Yes all inflatables are delivered and set up by our team.
